The Saint Nicholas church in Staré Mêsto, Prague

This is the second St. Nicholas church we write about in the city of Prague. The first one was amazing and located in the district of Malá Strana. Here the white façade of the Saint Nicholas church is one of many fantastic buildings which dominate the views of the Old Square. Coming closer, one sees that the exterior of this church constructed in 1735 is in desperate need of renovation. Inside the main dome hangs a large chandelier that looks like a placeholder for candles, something special. The dome ceiling, part of the walls and arches are decorated with paintings and sculptures. Angels protect the black organ and the shape of the stained glass is unique, it looks like an image inside of a golden mirror. Is this person looking at himself?
