Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world, Dubai

We have already written an article about this 828m tall world record breaking building when we visited the observation deck. This time we are sharing a few pictures with you from the exterior. The reflection of the sun in the glass tower almost blinds you. The Burj Khalifa’s shape has been designed in separate rounded blocks each containing tens of floors. This design ensures that the building is not damaged or doesn’t get into balance problems during dessert storms or heavy wind from the sea. We end the article with a photo of the sun set.

De weerspiegeling van de zon in de glazen toren verblind je bijna. De vorm van de Burj Khalifa werd ontworpen in verschillende ronde blokken die elk tientallen verdiepingen bevatten.
