Restaurant Le Début, Hotelschool Den Haag

It was a very pleasant evening with the department in the hotel school. The students were friendly and the service was professional. The setting and ambiance was beautiful.

On the menu:
- Poached wild pigeon filet, duck liver and quince
- Grilled brill fillet, mashed cauliflower and braised veal
- Roasted fillet of hare, red cabbage, mushrooms and game jus
- Chocolate and blackberry pie, caramel ice cream

The hare was excellent.

Het was een zeer gezellige avond met de afdeling van het werk in de Hotelschool. De bediening was zeer vriendelijk, professioneel en het restaurant was mooi ingericht.

Op het menu stonden:
- Gepocheerde wilde duif filet, eendenlever en kweepeer
- Gegrilde grietfilet, bloemkool puree en kalfssukade
- Gebraden hazenrug, rode kool, paddenstoelen en wildjus
- Taart van chocolade, bramen met caramelijs

De hazenrug was uitstekend.
