Carnaval in Delft, it was a surpirse

We were considering going to a Carnaval city but decided not to do this. Our first choice would have been the Carnaval in Köln. Today it was dry weather and we felt like a walk with our dogs. Delft is a historical city so we went there. On our way to the main square, we saw many police men, crowds and people dressed up in very strange characters. We immediately knew there was going to pass by a Carnaval parade. It was a nice surprise and below you find some pictures. The ambiance was excellent in Delft.

  1. What a colorful parade! That little boy in the last photo isn't a bit afraid. Was Tessa scared? You're introducing her to many new things which is good.
