General Impressions of Mosta and surroundings, Malta

Driving around in the Maltese countryside is relaxing. The flower fields, cactuses and views on Mosta and Mdina are just fabulous. Just be careful to also keep your eyes on the road, the streets can be narrow and you are not alone on the road. Always drive on the left side!!!

The fortress town on top of the hill is Mdina which we will visit later. Mosta is smaller with less than 20.000 inhabitants. The city is known for its dome shaped cathedral. Like everywhere in Malta you see many old cars, colourful houses, the balconies like in Valletta and above all, we enjoyed the sun on a cosy terrace.
