The Church, Notre-Dame du Pentecote in Lille

The church is officially known as "Eglise du Sacré-Coeur", the holly heart. The church dates from the 19th century and is located on Rue Nationale. We particularly love the details in the church tower. The style is neo gothic. The altar has so many decorations in white marble. We had to hurry because our visit was just before the start of a mass celebration. This was our last Lille article and after our full day walking, our dog Tommie was very tired.
