Enjoying an excellent lunch in the Sea Grill restaurant, Brussels

It was a while ago that we visited the famous two star Michelin restaurant of Yves Mattagne in Brussels. Also the Gault Millau gives this restaurant 19 points out of 20. The Sea Grill restaurant is located in the SAS Radisson Blu hotel in de Wolvengracht. The modern restaurant is separated from the hotel lobby by a 900 year old Romanic wall. Excellent food in combination with historic monuments, what more do you want?

The lunch started with the house aperitif, a Laurent Perrier Rosé Champagne. The Chef offered us several warm amuses which is very unusual even for Star restaurants. We decided to go for the three course selection menu and both took a different starter and main course. We can only recommend this excellent culinary heaven to you when visiting Brussels. You have to call for reservations, the restaurant was completely booked.
