Floating planes at the Lakefront hotel, Anchorage

Anchorage is the largest city of Alaska. At the Lakefront hotel you don't get this impression. The hotel is located at a lake and floating planes are regularly taking off and make a lot of noise so we are happy our room was at the street side. The room of the hotel was great and had all imaginable comfort.

  3. The room looks very nice, and I love your duck shadow! Also the floating plane is cool too! But I could not sand to be in a place with all those poor dead animals, it would depress me! But I guess that is part of Alaska's heritage.
