Our first Lebanese restaurant experience, we don’t know what to select

Lebanese Restaurant Wafi Gourmet in the Dubai mall attracted our attention with their nice interior. In Dubai you find many Lebanese restaurants and we heard positive comments. So we were brave and tried it. The menu card was very difficult for us, we didn’t understand it. The waiter guided us through the restaurant where most of the products are visible for customers. It was a good experience, we started with a Tabouleh, a spicy fish salad and a salad from nuts and dried tomato. As main course we had sate from garlic and spicy chicken, garlic lamb, and lamb with pistachio nuts.

I don't know how to photograph food and I am amazed what a beautiful photo work you have done. All pictures are superb!!!

    Hugs from Kaya.

  9. it looks simply fantastic! I went to a cool Lebanese restaurant in Amsterdam just before Christmas, but the display of dishes and products is amazing and great idea to make customers acquainted with the food:-))

  10. Very interesting foods and i love the barrels of olives. Made me recall an experience I had of trying to eat an olive directly off of the tree in Pompeii. A place that clearly said do not pick the olives...... Was not a good experience, and dyed my mouth black so I could not have even denied I did it. Don't ever try that.....

  12. I've never had Lebanese food, but whatever you ordered looks delicious. Instead of reading the menu, can you walk up and point to the food you want?
