Hard Rock Cafe Berlin with a Stone Berlin Wall guitar

Not so long ago, we wrote about the Hard Rock Cafe in Miami. Here in Berlin, we see a similar concept but some of the items talk to the imagination. Before entering the restaurant, you pass alongside the Rock Shop, many people collect Hard Rock Cafe T-shirts and we still have one from Bangkok and San Francisco. After a while we decided to stop buying them.

The cafe has a nice bar and next to the staircase, a real car lays on its side. Time to pose for a picture. There are some really interesting collector items in this restaurant, a dress from Mariah Carey, guitars from Bon Jovi and Lenny Kravitz, and a bra from Annie Lennox. For us the most interesting item was the Berlin Wall stone guitar. It is part of the history of this city. We enjoyed our hamburger and sandwich and went on with our city exploration.

  1. The Hard Rock's are a fascinating place for the mind! Not always the best food, sadly- but usually good. My first biggest expense was a leather jacket for my son from Las Vegas- but we too, are passing on purchases, but my last money was spent in London's Hard Rock and it pleases me still! These are great pictures, thanks so much for sharing them, I didn't even know Berlin had one, but it makes perfect sense!

  2. It's also funny I had to mention this, our own Hard Rock Café in my home state, (Minneapolis) is one I've never gone to, and I hear it's even closed now! Isn't that almost odd?!

  7. The car is very cool. And the guitar, it is made from the Berlin Wall?? How awesome, though that wall did not rock for sure!

  8. I think that I prefer the Hard Rock Cafe in Berlin to the one in Miami - they have one in London too, but I have never been to it.

  9. Very nice interior! very cool.
P.S. I`m 10 years in Belgium, I became a fan of this amazing little country. As Belgium and Poland - my country has its glorious and embarassing pages of history. I talk about both. More I read about this country, more I am fascinated by it! :)

  12. Hahaha... The good old Trabant. In the communist area we had thousands on the Hungarian roads. Nice place and good photos.

Leuke kleurrijke auto. Groetjes, Dietmut
