We were at home and planned our Rome holiday. We like food so explored all Rome Michelin restaurants on the internet. Glass Hostaria made an impression and we decided to make reservations. It is located in a lively area in the west of Rome near the Tiber River. The restaurant received awards for their interior style and design. It is modern and very attractive. Price quality, you will have to search intensively to find a restaurant that matches this level in Rome. The food was very good and the wine card with around 700 different bottles was even better. The prices were certainly reasonable.
The female chef made great dishes and was occasionally in the restaurant. We talked for a while and concluded she was really born for this job. An excellent restaurant for a top evening at reasonable prices in Rome. Together, we had ravioli with mushrooms, tagliatelle with truffle, beef tartar, langoustines, a vegetable soup, lobster with mango, turbot with pasta and some sweets for dessert.
