Modern World Kitchen in Qsine, Celebrity Cruises

On the Celebrity ships of the Solstice class you find a speciality restaurant called Qsine. They don’t have a traditional menu card with starters, main courses or desserts but work with a list of ingredients from all over the world. You can choose the meals you would like to try via an ipad. We had the sushi lollypops, the King Crab, a selection of cold fish salads, disco shrimps, a hamburger with Kobe meat, and a taste of different Indian curries. The food was good, but this restaurant is not our style. We prefer a more traditional approach.

  4. I don't know how you stay so slim! Well - I guess I do, since I've seen you dance. My F-i-L left this weekend on a Cruise. He goes several times a year and raves about the food. (Unfortunately, I don't think he's too discerning because he raves about MY cooking, too!
