Graffiti art at the Pestalozzi-Gymnasium in Munich

Most of the time, graffiti is associated with vandalism and destructive actions but it can also be in coorperation with the owner of the property. In Munich at the Pestalozzi Gymnasium the walls are decorated with graffiti and this is a part of the school. Togewther with the bycicles of kids the schoold wall is becoming a piece of art. The grafitti flows from the one topic into the other one alongside the length of the wall. We find back elements of water, daily live, the Titanic, art, nature, mythical animals, different cultures, music, birds, snakes and many more.

  2. Heips Filip and Kristel.
That is a good idea, one wall for graffit-artist. And them are very funny and nice spray-art. The "artist" can do their art piecefull.
    Hugs.

  3. I really do enjoy these works of art, and the stories that they tell, when we pause and try to see what the artist or artists are telling us! Lovely photos!

  11. gelukkig kijkt men intussen anders tegen graffiti aan. Zo blijven mooie murals onbeschadigd behouden. Fijn weekend wens ik julluie, Dietmut
