It took a long time this year before we received some sunshine and it was only for a few days. For the garden there is more light and it rains often so the plants and flowers are growing. We have mainly tulips and they come in all kinds of colours. As an experiment, I took two pictures of the purple and white tulips together and changed the focus with each shot. Hope you like it.

The shot where you changed the focus is great fun - I slightly prefer the one with the white tulips in focus.

ReplyDeleteI see you are playing with your new toy, GREAT! I think I sa some of the tulips when we came over...its crazy how late the tulips were this year! tot morgen...
ReplyDeleteYour tulips are just beautiful!
ReplyDeleteLove the change in your depth of field. Isn't it interesting what a difference that makes. Your flowers just look lovely!
ReplyDeleteTulips aren't so common down here - I don't think it gets cold enough in most places?? Anyway, I love the way you've shot the flowers - especially the two shots with the change in field depth!! Have a great weekend!

ReplyDeleteYour tulip are lovely. It's great when they are in own garden.
ReplyDeleteWe have now the real summer. It changed very quick. Everything is full of green trees and all flowers are grown up. It' wonderfull, because the winter was so long and full of snow.

ReplyDeleteYou are doing very well with your new Nikon.
ReplyDeleteHere in Southern Australia there are lots of tulips in the spring time....some of the tulips farms export tulips to Holland.
De natuur laat zich niet kisten door het koude weer, dat bewijzen je mooie, fleurige foto's Filip.
