The medieval city of Mont Saint-Michel

A few days ago we published the views of the Mont Saint-Michel. Today, we are entering the medieval city with its narrow alleys and hills. For the romantic adventurers, you can also find hotels here.

The city is like a fortress, with high defense walls and even a pull up bridge. It is always crowded and terraces are full. A beautiful, amazing place to visit but an expensive location. A box of cookies is a nice gift for the family or a souvenir for yourself.

  2. Shocking to me! I have never seen such a thing! The entire city seems to be built on a huge concrete platform! There must be a lot of steps to get to it? I imagine no one ever tried to attack them.
