Relaxed souvenir shopping in the Arastabazaar, Istanbul

The Arastabazaar is located directly behind the Blue Mosque. It is a quiet shopping street selling local products like carpets, herbs, candy, ceramics, lamps, water pipes and souvenirs. The sales men are very friendly and not too pushy.

A tip for cruise passengers, if you have limitted time you can easily combine this shopping street together with two of the most important acctractions of Istanbul. The Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sophia. They are all located together.
