The famous Adria brothers have a few restaurants in Barcelona and one of them is called Tickets. They serve small tasters in tapas form like you find many restaurants and bars in Spain but this is not an ordinary place. The owner was the Chef of restaurant El Bulli, the world first ranked restaurant. It is not surprising that this tapas restaurant Tickets already received a Michelin Star.
We were just passing by and had reservations in Restaurant 41 degrees of the same owner. We could not resist giving you an impression of Tickets. The lady who welcomed the guests, inquired if we were interested in the restaurant. The answer was yes. She gave us a business card to make reservations but mentioned at the same time that they were already fully booked for 10 weeks. If you would really like to try the best tapas of Barcelona, plan it a long time in advance. Good luck and enjoy.

I can't imagine a restaurant being booked for 10 weeks. Must be a small restaurant. Speaks for itself that the food must be good.
ReplyDeleteNow that's a title that caught my attention! We're dying to visit.
ReplyDeleteman ten weeks is a long time
ReplyDeleteWow! so we will look forward to your food review next time you are there. Long wait to get in a try it out!
Groetjes Dietmut
ReplyDeleteWow! Being booked for ten weeks really means that that restaurant must be something. Tapas are, indeed, Barcelona’s best dish. Maybe you can try out other restaurants while waiting for your reservation. I’m sure you’ll find another one that’s just as good or maybe even better.
