The Rheinturm or the radio tower of Dusseldorf is a real landmark for the city. It has a height of 240m and the views from the bar and restaurant are fantastic. Around the tower and alongside the Rhein river, the German city has erected modern buildings which we are going to cover in our next article. Now you see them from above.
The blue line visible on some pictures are from the bar ambilights. While taking some shots Kristel pulls me back, careful you don’t fall through the glass window. Kim took advantage of this situation by taking several pictures. It was great fun to visit this tower with our friends from Belgium.
De Rheinturm of de Radiotoren van Dusseldorf is een icoon voor de stad. Met zijn 240m hoogte zijn de zichten van uit de bar of het restaurant fantastisch. Dicht bij de toren en haven staan vele moderne gebouwen die we zullen tonen in ons volgende artikel. Nu zie je ze van bovenuit.
De blauwe lijnen in sommige foto’s komen van de sfeerlichten in de bar. Terwijl ik enkele diepte foto’s nam trok Kristel mij terug, voorzichtig dat je niet door de glazen wand valt. Kim nam natuurlijk van deze situatie gebruik om enkele foto’s te trekken. Het was heel leuk deze toren te bezoeken met onze Belgische vrienden.
