General Impressions of Malaga, a colourful city in Andalusia

Malaga with more than one million inhabitants is considered the most important coastal city of Andalusia. We have to say that the port and walking boulevards in front of the city are excellent. The first picture shows how modern the port promenade is. A tip for cruise passengers: never take a shuttle bus to the city centre of Malaga, walking is a lot better and fun.

It is possible to do a city tour by horse and carriage in the background you see the cathedral of Malaga. The city could be described as bright with many white elements, warm with palm trees and old book stores. Like in many Spanish cities, people enjoy life on the street, cooking, sitting on a terrace, having a drink. Malaga is also the city of Picasso.

Our readers know that we love food and wine, and in Malaga there is no shortage. The dried Iberico Ham and wine is always good, some of these hams dried for 5 years. The taste is in fact unbelievable. You want get bored in Malaga.
