The top of the Zugspitze, the ultimate beauty of the Alps

On the top of this German mountain in the Alps they placed a golden cross indicating the 2962m mark. The blue sky and snow make it very special. A few hundred meters lower, you see several skiers on the slopes. Kilometres away on the German side, is the Eibsee located, which is still frozen.

Pozdrawiam.*** Mountains in the snow look beautiful and have beautiful pictures, but I already want other colors of spring. Yours.

  10. I was there a long time ago, but it was summer time. I don't think there was a cross when I went. I always enjoy seeing other ski terrain.

  18. A gold cross seems very appropriate. Amazing scenery and such a beautiful day! The blue sky is probably the only thing in common with Australia!!
