Celebrity Reflection the newest large cruise ship in the world

We are Celebrity Captain Club Elite Members and love the company we cruise with. The last few weeks you saw some articles of our cruise on the Celebrity Eclipse and since we were in Miami, we took the opportunity to add a trip on the newest Celebrity ship. The Celebrity Reflection did its inaugural cruise on October 12, 2012. Reflection was only sailing for a few months when we embarked the newest ship of the Solstice Class.

To give you an idea of the size of the ship: 126,000 tons, 1047 feet long, 15 decks, 3 pools, 9 restaurants, lots of bars with life music and a fabulous theatre. From the 11th deck where our stateroom was located we looked down in the atrium saw the Christmas tree and a giant real tree between the elevators. We added some pictures of restaurants, theatre, lounges, the cellar masters wine room, the Martini Bar and the casino. The Celebrity Reflection is a fantastic ship and we hope you will like our next Caribbean articles.

  2. Wow, what a beautiful ship! It's so elegant and relaxing. I'm at a loss for words, it's hard to even fathom what the experience must have been like, maybe one day I'll go on a cruise and experience what it's like.

I love the last photo of both of you, you both look fantastic!

    Have a wonderful weekend, cheers.

  5. The size of those ships and the fact that they stay afloat when that large (or any large ships) still amazes me. It looks like a super fancy hotel but better! I'm glad you gave us a tour and you two look adorable in that last shot!

  6. Beautiful photos Filip, I especially love the one of you and Kristel. What a lovely ship. It is fun seeing all of the Christmas decorations. Had never even thought of that on a ship. Helps get me in the mood for the cruise that we have coming up the beginning of march. Aren't these ships amazing, and what a great value for the price too.
I have 3 dogs, but all of them are about 7 years old.... so no real puppies that are little. The one I posted is pretty tiny though, only 3 pounds. He was 3 years old when I got him... he was a discard from an irresponsible breeder and was in pretty bad shape. My other 2 dogs I got as puppies from great sources and are much healthier that this littler guy. I have him in dog icu much of the time. Best to you this weekend. HOpe you are both adjusting to being back in reality... That is always a challenge after such a great , extended trip.
